the room was not very clean i found used condoms and wrappers under the sheets of the bed and there was marker on the bath tub we were not very happy

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite and appreciated the thoughtful fruit basket and card provided during our stay while the hotel was undergoing construction. After checkout, there was a miscommunication, and once I contacted the hotel, Mohit Singh, Grace at the front desk, and Manager Marcos communicated with me professionally and consistently until the matter was resolved. Special thanks to Grace for her exceptional customer service and Marcos for personally following up. Overall, the team’s professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction stood out.

"Great hotel experience - great staff"

Great housekeeping and front desk staff. Efficient, and very friendly and helpful.

Some maintenance work meant not all facilities (coffee bar in main lobby) were available during my stay.
