I had a fantastic stay. The restaurant is pretty darn good, and the buffet breakfast is outstanding. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent physical property; clean, good amenities, spacious rooms. It is disappointing that there is a $20/night charge for parking. Traffic noise, both road and airport were VERY noticeable. Front desk staff were a low point. They seemed distracted and fairly disinterested in what they were doing in general. They were also way LESS THAN HELPFUL (and insulting) when asked for a pizza delivery option for dinner, basically I was asked if I own an iPhone and I should download DoorDash! Pretty sad and insulting. Breakfast was quite good. EMBASSY SUITES: look into your front desk staffing at this otherwise excellent facility. They are doing you (and MORE IMPORTANTLY) the customer a disservice. UNACCEPTABLE. My wife and I spent 2 weeks on vacation in Oregon and had an excellent experience otherwise.

Room was excellent. Hotel is aging but staff were friendly and shuttle to airport worked out well. However they are understaffed in the dining areas
