This location is fantastic - right on the red sea and walking distance to everything. The food was good and staff ok. The rooms are older but the common areas are nicer. Definitely glad we went for a high end room!

It was our first time at Aria and we found a great hotel, excellently located and with great service. Indeed, the furniture is a bit tired, but that’s the only flaw we could find. Breakfast was amazing, so rich and diverse. Swimming pool was clean and the direct access to the sea was a great plus. We will surely be back.

The esthetic needs updating. The AC in the room developed a rattle after the first night that wouldn’t go away until we checked out. The room mysteriously smelled like smoke on occasion. The buffet was a mad house of children running everywhere without shoes and coughing into the food. The food was decent and the drinks/refreshments were great and strong. We booked a sea view and got a pool view then were told it’s an upgrade (not buying it). When I reviewed the hotel poorly after the first night, the manager spoke with me and tried his hardest to make it right. The staff were amazingly kind except for the day security officer who was rude and aggressive (more so than the average Israeli) but didn’t have any of the kindness which would’ve redeemed his rudeness. Overall, I wouldn’t come back, but the staff really makes up for what the decor, facilities, and condition of the property lacks. You can’t beat the direct access to the sea though...

This was listed as a 4 star facility on Expedia web site. That’s not true. This property is nowhere close to a 4 star. We shortened our stay there and checked out early morning after we got there. As far as cleanliness, personal and facilities I give it 3 star the most. The wi-fi was so Slow and not useful that I had to pay extra and use my own data. Do NOT expect any luxury at this facility.

Unclean and dirty - When we had breakfast the cups were dirty. The rooms were also dirty.

We stayed at the Delux Suit, the room is fine, there's a beautiful view from the balcony and the stuff are great! Especially Rita :)

The hotel is very nice as you walk in but after you leave the elevators you step into an old hot hotel. The a/c does not reach the bedroom. The rooms are very dated. If you plan on teleworking forget it. The WiFi is horrible. My pictures won’t load but there was mold and years of dust in and on air ducts.

I wanted a location right on the water and this hotel is. It has a beautiful pool site and all good music is played. All together I had a very good experience. Breakfast selection is very good. I would go back
