Todo estupendo para descansar y desconectar.las instalaciones rodeadas de jardines,con el campo de golf,piscina y sol para disfrutar, el desayuno bufet muy completo.la atención del personal muy atentos en todo momento. Sin duda para repetir.qwq

Que no tengan menús cerrados para comida y cena, que sea a la carta.

Ambiente agradável, elegante, muita natureza e atividades para adultos e crianças. Momentos agradáveis de lazer e descanso.

Poderia ter ficado mais tempo.

Location, and old world feel to the hotel

Very dated.

I loved this 5 star traditional hotel. My 9 year old daughter loved the pool and kids club. The room had great coffee good size and very comfortable. The location is great just a 10 min Uber ride 8 euros from Alvor which has great restaurants and fun activities. The hotel has a private beach with transfer and chairs with umbrellas included with a nice restaurant available. I'd only suggest the owners to give the hotel an outside paint job. That's it. Can't wait to come back.

Only negative was food quality in grill room Piri piri chicken was hard and enedable Sardine TEMPURA WITH HEADS STILL ON…. All other areas were excellent. For food and service

Quartos amplos e com muita luz. Espaços envolventes bem tratados e uma piscina excelente. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade e qualidade. Destaco também a simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários.

O serviço na piscina é inexistente, apesar de lá estarem 2 funcionários em permanência apenas servem para arrumar os cartões das toalhas. É tudo self service, toalhas, colchões das espreguiçadeiras, serviço de cafeteria e bar. Num hotel de 5 estrelas o serviço deve ser mais diferenciado e exige-se uma maior atenção aos hospedes.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food and fresh juices that we really enjoyed. The room was a bit small, but that wasn’t a major issue — it was clean, and the comfortable bed made our stay pleasant. The pool was a good size and had a nice design. We also appreciated having a coffee machine in the room, which added to our experience. While the hotel does look a little old and could use some refreshing, its vintage charm also gives it a unique character, almost like stepping back in time. There was a shuttle to reserved beach area near by, however don't forget to "register" to the shuttle otherwise you may have to stay!

When we first checked in, there was no water bottle in the room, even though a card stated “this bottle is complimentary, next ones will be charged.” Regarding coffee, the initial setup was balanced with 2 regular and 2 decaf. However, each day the decaf kept increasing while the regular coffee was not replenished. Fortunately, I prefer decaf, but my partner was disappointed as she prefers regular coffee. As for towels, everything was fine during the first two days, but afterward, they started to go missing one by one. By our final day, we had no face towel, no foot towel, and so on. It almost felt like the last couple of days, housekeeping might not have been paying much attention to our room. Last but not least, about the pool — although we usually prefer the sea, my son enjoyed the pool, so we used it nearly every afternoon. Unfortunately, it often appeared dirty. I am sure the water is filtered, but if you check the corner near the towel stand, there seem to be “dead zones” where circulation does not reach, and dirt remains throughout the day. Sorry but when you are 5 star hotel, you must take care of these in a better way.
