The level of service from all the staff is very polite. Waiters, receptionists, room cleaning staff, security guards, etc. The size of the place and the facilities inside are really high quality There is an option to have rooms cleaned even in the evening for completion or trash removal, which is very important, something I haven't seen in other places.

The outdoor pool next to the French restaurant (next to the large bar) has very salty water and I don't know why (maybe you wanted to give the feeling of the sea), but in my opinion it is a disadvantage and less suitable.

בחדר שהיינו היתה הצפה . הפקיד בקבלה עשה טובה ששלח משהו אחרי שעתיים .שהתחננתי שיבואו כי כל חדר האמבטיה והכניסה לחדר היו כמו בריכה .אבל הוא דיבר בהתנשאות וזלזול ושלח משהו ב אחת בלילה שספג את כל המים עם מגבות ואמר שיש בעיה במקלחת . נציגת השירות היתה מקסימה בבוקר שאחרי והחלפנו לסוויטה משפחתית שהיתה עם נוף לגג הרבה לכלוך ומאוד ישנה עם ריח של טחב . אבל לא היו עוד חדרים כי היתה תפוסה מלאה .... השאר היה בסדר טיפה נובורישי ולא יוקרה אמיתית לטעמנו. מתקני הילדים נחמדים ומסעדת נאמוס מצויינת . היינו בבתי מלון יותר טובים בקפריסין

לא יצא לנו להיות בחדרים טובים למרות ששילמנו לא מעט
