The beds were comfortable and quiet rooms.

Just before I arrived I got an email saying breakfast wasn't included in the price. As a guest in the hotel parking should be free. I've never stayed in any hotel where parking wasn't included in the room. Regardless of people taking a car or not for paying guest should have free parking. There was no biscuits in the guest rooms. There was no writing pad and pen in the room. With no writing pad and pen in the rooms if anyone is not pleased about anything the guest has to say it to staff directly.

Nos sorprendió muy gratamente. Relación calidad-precio muy alta. Personal amabilísimo. Fue una opción de una noche para acercarnos al aeropuerto, pero muy recomendable para una estancia más larga y conocer la zona (tiene pueblos encantadores, como Tring, a 10 minutos).

The charge for parking seemed a little steep at £7.50 per day. Although this was a lot cheaper as staying in the hotel. Normal price £12.00 per day.

very nice stay for a week-end of hiking in the Chilterns. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi to relax sore legs was definitely a plus. Special thanks to the reception desk for providing plasters for my blisters (I had forgotten them at home). The air conditioning during the heatwave was so nice. and the coffee at breakfast was quite good too!
