Good location nice hotel good food and the spa was good not bad size pool with sauna and steam room

Had a lovely time. Quiet and comfortable and we loved the leisure centre Bit raucous in the bar on Thursday evening, as some non guests were a little worse for wear!

Spur of the moment booking wasn’t disappointed at all, friendly staff with a can do attitude made it a memorable experience

Lovely place, excellent breakfast, although need more eggs at busy time ! And turn the toaster up a bit! Needed extra pillow and none in the cupboard, and a knack to flushing the loo!! Generally, highly recommended stay, quiet, warm and friendly and reasonably priced.

Hotel was convenient, it a bit tired , rooms are functional but need updating. Restaurant was good and bar area although is small is pleasant enough.

I arrived late in the evening so I didn't get to check out the hotel much. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet so I got a good night's sleep. WiFi was busy in the evening so a bit slow, but plenty fast enough in the morning. Breakfast was very good - full cooked breakfast with lots of options. Plenty of free parking outside. Just be aware that if you are headed for the North of Coventry it actually takes quite a while to get there from this side.

There are so many awful hotels in the Midlands that, at first, we were pleasantly surprised. The fabric of the building is in good shape and it is generally clean. Some staff dopey, some on the ball. It seems well-organised and efficient. However, the floor of our room was uneven and creaky, the pillows had stains under the clean pillowcases, and there was unpainted plaster where the wall had been repaired. We were offered a different room, which was better, but still had some stains on the wall. Food in the evening was good, breakfast was clean and well organised but pretty average. Overall a 5/10. In this area, you could do worse.

A cost effective hotel with generally good atandards

Room 18 was a little bland but the pool more than made up for it, good value for money overall

Carol and I and our two dogs were made very welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. Meals were amazing and we were able to take our dogs into the bar with us when having meals. Staff were very polite and courteous and came across that they genuinely wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Lovely grounds and woodland walks next to property. We will definitely be visiting again later this year.
