Honour and Grace Hotel

Extremely friendly staff. Free car park. Extra space where you can store your equipment. Very good location. About 17 km to Karlovy Vary and 13 km to the ski lifts.

Variety of breakfasts (nothing has changed in 2 years). Additionally city taxes, which I have to pay at check-out. But no one informed me about it at check-in.

Preis-Leistung vom Hotel passte nicht, es ist hübsch, sauber und das Personal super freundlich. Wir haben für eine Nacht mit einer Aufbettung über 300 Euro bezahlt. Einen Saunabesuch musste man anmelden und noch extra bezahlen. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an einer Bundesstrasse, man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen, es war sehr laut. Zum Frühstück konnte man zwei Gerichte aus einer Angebotskarte bestellen, bei weiteren Gerichten musste man Aufpreis bezahlen. Die Eierspeisen waren aber köstlich. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, aber schlechter Lage und viel zu teuer.

Our room was very good (comfortable bed, kettle, etc.). Staff were very kind and attentive. The main attraction, however, is definitely the food. The restaurant is very good while moderately priced.

There is quite some noise from the main road close by. If you are used to sleeping with the window open, you should try to get a room at the rear.

This Hotel is truly exceptional. It is on a high level and very tidy. The staff is paying a lot of attention to the details. Service level is great and most of all, the dinner in the restaurant was on a Michelin star level - honestly! We were really surprised.

Good Hotel.

Very nice surprise this hotel. A welcome and goodbuy gift, nice clean and big rooms. But food was spectacular!
