There should be a charge for the thermal suite : - guests with treatment (access is included in the price) - guests without treatment (£20 per person) - nonresidents without treatment (£30.00 per person hourly) Our wellness center is complimentary access for residents, strongly advise to prebook the thermal suite to avoid disappointment. Spa treatments additional charge, pre book advised. The Randolph has now electric car charging points. Key points are 22kw fast charging at a price of 55p per kwh.
