Quite run down, a lot of street noise, breakfast room is truly grim, shower has nowhere to stand toiletries and water flow was abysmal.

Nice clean room with goid facilities. Good choice for breakfast.

On the first morning breakfast was in the bar area which felt cramped, also one of the staff kept brushing past me back and forth getting cleaning items which wasn't ideal.

"Will not return due to the lack of cleanliness of the room"

Location and staff

Room was dirty The window frames have not been wiped in months, specially in the toilets Stayed in room 218 and there is a step which I tripled over. The sign on the door is not visible and the staff did not tell me about it. The soap dispensers were half empty which gives an impression of lack of care. There was no kettle and no tea/coffee in the room and no filtered water left in the room either. The staff did not as how my stay was at the time of check out so been waiting for this feedback to have my saying. The carpet is not being hoovered properly and you can see dust all around the tv unit. I normally stay at yours when coming to Salisbury for work, but will not be returning. Cleanliness is a basic requerement Im sorry to say that.
