Traditional, family hotel. Friendly welcome & helpful staff. Convenient for walking into the town & theatre. Excellent hot & cold breakfasts. Parking available at the hotel ~ £10 for 24 hrs. We stay here every year on our annual trip to Stratford. Good restaurants & cafes close by.
Everything was perfect. Clean comfortable room and very good breakfast. Very convenient only 5 minutes from the theatre and centre of town.
Decoration is tired looking, especially the Bear bar. Speaking of which, hotel guests can only purchase drinks until 10.10pm? That was surprising! Bed was comfy, bathroom clean, room tired looking though. As your bar is closed completely by 11pm, why is it acceptable for people to sit outside, at your tables, to laugh and talk loudly well into the night. I had to contact reception at 2am to tell people to go home!!

Excellent hotel. It is lovely and clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly.
The hotel was great, suite clean, very quiet. Staff were helpful. House keeping was shoddy at best. Having to ask for basic things like loo roll and coffee.
Two night stay to attend the RSC Theatre, which is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Excellent location to visit the town centre and to enjoy the river. Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff who work long hours. The pub is a little shabby in places, but overall very good. We will be returning (when I’ve saved enough Tesco points!)
Excellent location, clean rooms, comfy bed, excellent shower. Brilliant Full English breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Recommend would stay again.
