Holiday Inn London-Bexley by IHG

The hotel was in a good location and the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Prima hotel op een handige lokatie. Het station van Bexley met directe verbindingen naar Londen is 10 minuten lopen. Bexley ligt in zone 6 en je kunt dus met een dagkaart van ongeveer 16 pond de hele dag gebruik maken van het ov rond Londen. Je kunt je auto voordelig en veilig parkeren bij het hotel. Het hotel ligt net niet in de LEZ zone van Londen dus daar heb je geen gedoe van. Dover is een uur en een kwartier rijden. Uitstekend en uitgebreid ontbijt, ook was er het echte Engelse warme ontbijt. Ruime kamer met prima bedden.

De douche is wat verouderd, het ventilatierooster zat vol stof.

Location was excellent for my work meetings

Room 211 was a bit tired in places (broken tiles in bathroom, chipped surfaces), glasses in bathroom were dirty, room was quite warm, staff in evening at restaurant weren’t great - wasn’t acknowledged on entering, had to stand at bar while they finished conversations out back, asked for soy sauce to go with dinner was offered brown sauce or mayonnaise (thankfully the chef came back and sorted it). Fire alarm went off at midnight - appreciate outside of people’s control but didn’t make for a restful stay. Hot breakfast was actually quite cold, on 2nd morning I avoided this.

The hotel was extremely clean infact it was spotless, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and price so very happy and would stay again

My only problem was with the shower, I’m used too a powerful rainforest shower so found it a little underwhelming, but definitely wouldn’t stop me coming back
