Holiday Inn London-Bexley by IHG

The hotel was easy to find, with plenty of parking. Room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Some damage to a wall in our room which could have been fixed, but otherwise everthing was fine.

Lived the location. Ideal for where we wanted to be.

Didn’t appreciate the in house restaurant. Prices were high and on top of that, the very very small print that states the service charge needs to be much more apparent. I had an accessibility room but the mirror for drying my hair was too high. For other guests, I would certainly look to lower that to a better seating position.

Our bedroom and bathroom were both excellent. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. What was exceptional with our stay was the breakfast. The quality of ingredients served to make up a traditional full English surpassed expectations. Can you please though include black pudding in future. My wife and I look forward to our next visit in June.

I believe I was over charged for my room. I have contacted the branch but haven’t yet heard back

El desayuno es bastante completo y el hotel esta bien situado tanto si quieres ir a Londres como si prefieres moverte por los pueblos de los alrededores tanto en coche como en tren (a 10 minutos caminando esta la parada).

Como punto negativo resaltar que el parking sea de pago para los huéspedes del hotel, 9 libras por noche.
