"Comfortable bed, poor basic facilities and clothing disappeared."

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The soap above the bath would not dispense, the first time I tried to use it I found this out and had to climb out of the bath to use what was by the sink, I fell and injured my leg doing this. We reported this to reception next morning and were told it would be fixed, it wasn't. Also, on the second night, after my bath, I reached for my night clothes to find they had gone (a green, silky nightie). We searched the room and out bags and it had gone. I spoke to the gentleman on reception who was lovely. I then spoke to the manager on the Sunday morning who told me he would call me, he never called.

"Nice clean hotel"

Enjoyed our one night stay here, Staff are very friendly Price is good, we got a nice spacious room close to reception, my only complaint is the bed was too small, I think it’s just a standard double. Will stay again next time we’re in Dover

My 4 year old daughter found a vape in our room. Pillows really uncomfortable. Restaurant food wasn’t very nice.

Lovely comfy bed, nice sized room

£100.00 deposit for dog and didn't check the room before we left so card wasn't credited till end of the following day and had to wait for a member of staff for half an hour to complete refund as he had gone to prepare breakfast. SHAMBLES
