"Great hotel with fantastic staff. Would highly recommend"

A 4 night stay last week and every one from the reception greeting, the housekeeping cleanliness, the amazing breakfast team and the awesome bar staff made it like a home from home. One person in particular was working the bar every night and so a big thank you to Dyan who was extremely professional and friendly and really took the time to look after us. Everyone at this hotel is a credit to the IHG brand and as a frequent visitor this hotel really is faultless. Some people may have a moan at the car park size but in all the years I’ve stayed give always got a space.

"Great stay"

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing experience. A special mention to Amanda, who truly made the stay exceptional. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

"Lumpy pillows"

Stay marred by car racing around nearby car park and back firing throughout the night. Also fighting men in corridor outside room, very scary.
