Dog friendly, most staff was friendly.

If you book a meal deal, when you come to order the main menu was taking off us and we was thrown a tiny menu which was ridiculous. I went to reception to see if I could pay a supplement to order from the main menu or cancel to B,BEM and just order from main menu, I was told by two staff members yes that’s fine even one of the staff said the menu for the set meal was terrible, then another member if staff came to reception and said NO, they couldn’t refund or change my booking! After a good 10 mins I said forget it… we ordered from the small menu. Nothing that’s we would normally eat but I wasn’t wasting money unnecessarily. I wouldn’t recommend any booking the meal deal.
