Nice clean hotel, polite staff. Nice location by the Marina.

Breakfast good but expensive for children, who don’t eat much. Bar expensive too.

The staff were lovely. The hotel is well located for walking into Hull. The breakfast had many options.

breakfast was plentiful but sometimes slow for the buffet to be topped up. Rooms as you'd expect - clean and business like Location is great with marina views from rooms and the dining room/bar.

Jaded, needs a refurbish

The location is great; right on the Marina and we were immediately offered a very reasonably priced upgrade to a large, comfortable room with a marina view. The hotel is attractive and well equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and available over a long period, so would suit both business and tourist users. Parking is easy. The Marina area with a wide choice of bars and restaurants, the old town and museum quarter are all within easy walking.

Our bathroom was a little tired; could have done with new taps and shower head. A USB socket in the room would have been useful.
