Great spaces to eat and chill on the ground floor. Rooms were clean and staff lovely. Food is really nice and great quality for the price. The pool was a great size and the gym has everything you need.

The sauna feels a little outdated and dingy and the seating area around the pool feels kinda tacky.

Loved the location, cleanliness, food and friendliness of the staff. Also excellent value for money

We were a group of four ladies staying in a premier king room. We found that one of the made up single beds was quite uncomfortable, mattress seemed very thin. Also it was a bath/shower in our bedroom and due to bath sides being quite high maybe a grab handle would have been useful for less mobile guests.

Very clean and good facilities in the room, allowed me to have an extra 30 minutes at check out

Had to pay additionally for parking which was £15 for the day

All clean and tidy. Quite . Good service

Swimming pool floors were quite dirty

Larger than expected, especially the bathroom. Fan in the room (there was a heatwave atbthe time so that was much appreciated)

Paying £15 for the car park

Breakfast was good, very friendly staff at breakfast and clean room

The sofa bed we booked and paid for was not made up and we were told no mattress was available for our two children to sleep on. This was not acceptable at 9pm on a Saturday evening and we had to wait almost an hour for a solution. We also only had 1 towel between 4 until we requested more. Air con is too loud to have on over night.
