Le pommeau de douche super désagréable. Climatiseur bruyant.

L'accueil est très professionnel et chaleureux, les personnes étaient souriantes, serviables et efficaces. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le lit est incroyablement confortable et douillet. Le petit déjeuner en semaine est très bon et complet. Il y a de tout.

L'entrée de la chambre était bizarrement humide mais rien de méchant. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de porte entre les toulettes et la douche.

Missing foot/side on the bed, hopefully we had a book to fill the gap. Terrasse too close from the neighbor

The hotel is quite lovely and has some charm, staff are lovely, but is very dated and in not great repair. TV services are limited to a few channels and old Westerns and romantic movies. The bed was comfortable, transport was an issues, not the fault of the hotel, due to it being away from the city you needed to get a cab, bus services sporadic and not clearly marked. The beach area is lovely, and the outside complex very resort like.

Accès au parking et manque de stationnement. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre uniquement le froid de la climatisation en "hiver".

The concierge was extremely helpful. The staff were friendly and attentive. Sitting between the pool and the ocean is an enjoyable place to take in the view the food and drink and the sound of people enjoying themselves. The rooms present well and have great views.
