Very clean and efficient hotel.

I was a nice stay. Clean and in a great location...

The room was quiet and comfortable. It would have been nice if there had been 2 chairs in the room.

They text me when the room was ready. Check in was really quick. The bed was amazing. The breakfast was hot and delish! Let’s not forget the staff! They were wonderful!

Check in was easy and smooth and the friendly man at the counter gave us advice on where to go for dinner. The room was very nice and clean as was the lobby. There was an elevator so getting up to the 3rd floor was easy. The shower was nice, but got some water on the floor outside of it, which is why I only gave condition a 4. The beds were comfortable and the room had what we needed. The breakfast was really nice with cooked oatmeal with lots of natural fixings including non-dairy milk as an option, the coffee also had silk oat milk creamer as well as dairy creamers, which I really appreciated. There was a waffle maker and hot eggs that were cooked that morning and their paper plates and bowls were paper or cardboard (eco-friendly)! As well as your typical cold cereals and bread, bagels, etc.

Disappointed that for the price we paid there was not a comfortable chair in the room. There was room for one

I usually stay at the Hilton next-door, but they were booked so I ended up staying here and found a place to be clean, quiet, and the staff very friendly

The light in the bathroom kept flickering on and off. The toilet kept running as well. The refrigerator was too small (in my opinion). There was nowhere to sit outside, so we took our folding chairs over towards the small pond and sat there in the evening and listened to music and talked. If there was an area for sitting, such as a bench or a small pavilion, that would be ideal. Other than that the area was convenient for shopping and dining. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Had a musty odor. The mattress was sloped toward the center.
