Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Ocala

The hotel is clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, the bed is comfortable and the shower is hot. The breakfast is good, and the coffee is strong. Everything is great.

Breakfast was great! Pool area not so great, but was clean and hot tub was nice. There was construction going on in the front of hotel. I wouldn’t have booked, if I knew this.

The property was undergoing renovation and had a mildew smell. The breakfast was very poor.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property was under construction during my visit, and there was debris scattered throughout the grounds, which made the environment feel messy and uninviting. Unfortunately, this wasn't disclosed when I made the reservation, and it definitely impacted my overall experience. The room itself was below expectations—parts of it were noticeably dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness and attention to detail. While the staff was polite and did their jobs adequately, there was nothing particularly warm or memorable about the service. Overall, I expected a more comfortable and clean stay, but between the construction, the debris, and the lackluster room condition, I left feeling disappointed. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

This property is parallel to I-75, you will hear the traffic all night long. The TV’s are antiquated, you are limited in what you can watch. Movies are not current/2024/2025, and you do not have the option to purchase a movie either. The property is under construction- no “signs” to guide you to the “new entrance”. I usually enjoy Fairfield's-but going forward, I will spend the extra money to get a better quality sleep and entertainment.

The room was very clean even though we wete close to the highway and our room was on the backdide nearest the highway we slept like babies. The staff was very polite snd helpfull directing us around the area.

The pillows are fluffy but when you put your head on them they get very flat and hurt your neck

No power when we arrived. The clerk said she would bring a key to us when power was on but she did not. 2 of us in the room but only regular coffee for one.
