The parking lot was very well lit. The property was under construction and it looked dirty n out dated

Construction inside and outside.

Beds were absolutely horrible. Outdated and needing a lot of repairs.

Pool was decenly heated. The bed was clean and comfortable.

We were required to pay an $80.00 deposit that we will not get back for another 3-5 days. There was also a $3.00 parking fee. Neither of which was disclosed on the website. Based on the shabbiness of the surroundings, we can't imagine why they would require an $80.00 deposit and $3.00 parking fee. We have stayed in resorts that didn't ask for a deposit. The help seemed confused about what rooms they had ready and evidently, there were not many rooms cleaned when we tried to check in. We saw housekeeping cleaning rooms after 5:00 pm. The morning of check out the housekeeper just opened our door at 9:30 am without even knocking. The lampshade had stains all over it and the phone had red smudges on it. There was also the most foul odor coming from the 'breakfast area' when we checked out. It smelled like rotten eggs and worse. The help just laughed about it. The elevator was filthy and the push button panel was detaching from the wall and appeared bent.

The overnight clerk was pleasant and she had great customer service. Especially over the phone. She made me and my son feel welcomed. We will continue to use this hotel because of her

Front desk lady (Angela) was very nice and efficient. Room was clean, bathroom was clean and stock with all the necessities.

The bed is very comfortable and the deposit should not be 80 dollars a day . That’s where people wouldn’t come back and the prices go up everyday on the room . The breakfast is good the first day and then it’s the same food everyday and just over cook the food . And there general manager is nice at first then he have his mean days . Just make sure you keep your receipts and records your conversation if your talking to the general manager he is a Mexican men

It was good right off highway but that’s pretty much all the good I can say

The place was littered with construction stuff it felt like we were going to get robbed the indoor pool was like 3 foot deep and cool the breakfast was awesome but 9 dollars for an ice cream is insane
