Airport shuttle was great and easy to arrange. Hotel convenient to airport with usual airport noise. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bed/pillows comfortable.

Had a great stay with family! Great location, lovely accommodations, quiet and convenient! Kind and helpful staff. Paula and Karen are lovely ladies who run a great kitchen. Felt very comfortable and had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend staying here!

I was one of two people that had their car broken into the night of March 11/12th. I departed at 5am and to my surprise never heard from the GM. Although they were not going to do anything, I would have anticipated that they would have reached out as this happened in their parking lot, no reassurance that this was a first. Disappointed in the lack of follow up. Lady at check-in/out was very nice and understanding.

Good spot for a traveler

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. Upon checking-in we were greeted by a friendly and pleasant front desk staff. The reception area set the tone by being clean and comfortable. There is a small, but convenient snack area that has soft drinks, water, chips, crackers, and wine. I love they had a sanitizer area right there at the elevators with napkins and hand sanitizer if you prefer not to touch the buttons with your fingers. We were in room 520, which was on the very top floor that had an awesome view of the city. The room was very cleaned and pretty spacious. For me, I didn’t care for the sink being outside of the bathroom, but the newly renovated shower made up for it. The showers has glass doors and offers shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There is a very small compact closet area to hang your clothes that is in the same area as the sink. The room does have a microwave and small refrigerator. The free breakfast area was clean and the buffet was outstanding. One of the best I have had. There was an array of all kinds of assorted hot, continental, and cold breakfast items. I am a picky eater, but there was plenty for me to choose from to eat. There are plenty of eating places within minutes of the hotel that don’t require getting back on the highway. We ate at the nearby Chinese restaurant that too was very good. I was very impressed with this hotel and this will be my go to hotel when fly into or out of the Raleigh area.

It’s been an amazing time here ! Pebbles and Hannah ay the front desk took good care of me these last 2 months! Paula in the kitchen / dining was such a sweet heart! Everyone is pleasanrt and kind! I appreciate the services! would definitely come back!!!
