"Needs updating and no pool"

Friendly staff, but small rooms and not the most updated or clean. There were stains on the chair and a totally yellowed pillowcase. We also requested a rollaway, which wasn’t available. While not listed in the amenities, there are photos of a pool and there is no pool here.

Staff were friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options offered a good variety and tasted good. The hotel is close to the Raleigh-Durham airport, and the hotel was renovating another floor, so we were pleasantly surprised that our room was quiet.

Very convenient for the RDU airport yet very quiet. The staff were great. The breakfast was excellent. Generally excellent accommodations.

I thought i was in a 4.5 star hotel. Nice environment. Friendly staff, freat breakfast, parking, restaurant within walking distance. Clean and spacious room. Great stay and best sleep in a long time. Thank you.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no housekeeping services for the entire length of stay. Bedding or towels were not replaced unless requested at the front desk.

"Nice stay"

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Delicious and loved the variety at breakfast. Chef Paula is amazing, food was great and customer service A+ Restaurants close by and it’s quiet in spite of being close to airport
