"Excellent"

Staff & Service only got 3 stars because the staff at check-in was terrible. NO customer service or warm welcome. It was like Interacting with a clueless, glazed over teenager working the counter at McDonalds. However, the nice lady working the desk at check-out was wonderful! Also, LOVED the fire pit!

Ehhh room could of been cleaned a bit better but it was okay i guess Front desk lady when i checked in seem like she hated her job but other then that it was a better experience then i thought especially with all the bad reviews to this place

Nice hotel but slightly expensive. Good for family. Breakfast was great. One of the few hotels where the breakfast options weren't repeated. Lot of breakfast options. Nice dining area. Free parking. Safe and quiet place to stay with family. Closest options to most of the view points from the West Yellowstone gate.

Greeting was not particularly cordial. Room was clean, comfortable, and standard motel-like. Indoor pool area was not ventilated enough for chlorine fumes. Breakfast was low-end. Not a memorable stay.

"Best place to stay near Yellowstone national Park."

It was amazing stay ,location ,rooms ,service ,breakfast everything was top notch .I highly recommend it .The front desk staff was cooperative,The rooms ,everyday room service coming up to clean the room and replace toiletteries and towels ,bedsheets etc is what impressed me a lot .Breakfast had a good selection for everyone starting from kids to adults .Entrance is beautiful ,catchy.

The hotel was ok. It’s a little pricey. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety but ran out quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
