"Great location"

Stayed here two nights. Very convenient location that you could walk to restaurants and attractions. Room was very nice and decorated with western style. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

"Wonderful time in West Yellowstone. Visited Old Faithful! We were able to visit the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery center too."

Everyone at the front desk was very accommodating! They were able to answer all our questions. The food was good and plentiful. The only problem we had was my husband went down to use the hot tub, and they had roped if off. He tried going to the one of the other 3 affiliated hotels and couldn't get in.

"The worst hotel I've ever stayed in!"

Plastic cutlery in the breakfast room. Porrige that looked like slime, and eggs that looked nothing like eggs! The food was awful we took our own food in. One of our rooms had no curtains, a broken shower and the TV didn't work. The only good thing was the washing machine and tumble dryer, so we could clean our clothes. Don't waste your money, find a better hotel.

"Amazing services"

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. We brought our rottie with us and we didn't hear any other dogs from other rooms. Our dog didn't have any anxieties or bark at all! Breakfast was included and it was a great variety and they filled up when things got low. 100% recommend this hotel for your stay!
