"This is a 2 star hotel"

I only stayed for one night and it was awful. This hotel needs a better cleaning crew because elevators were filthy and the rooms were not cleaned very well. My room's carpet clearly had not been vacuumed adequately and the arm chair still had food particles on it. I had mismatched night stands and no comfy lounge chair for you to relax and watch tv. My room did not even have a room number plate!!! The shower door squeaked and would not close all the way so that water pooled on the floor. I had to put some towels there to catch the water. I went to the front desk to complain and was told the cleaning staff was gone for the day. This was odd because it was around 3:30p. They provide a "continental breakfast". But, don't get your hopes up. Selections are limited -- the usuals like oatmeal, bagels and muffins. You don't get made to order breakfast sandwiches. You get a pre-packaged Jimmy Dean sandwiches. Coffee and tea were always available, which was good since the coffee maker in my room was dirty. I asked for another clean coffee maker and was told they didn't have any. But I was told about the free coffee in the lobby and I was ok with this. Overall, don't expect too much from this hotel. It's below average at best.

"New and Improved"

Just stayed at this hotel and it looks and feels completely new. I got a good bang for my buck. as soon as i walked in i was surprised with a beautiful looking hotel, between that and the service I will definitely coming back. Breakfast was great. I felt clean in my room that i could walk barefoot, they are on top of it. The outside is still being updated but if its anything like the inside I'm sure its going to look great. Everyone say so nice and caring. Thank you for the great stay
