"Breakfast was fantastic."

The staff upon check in and check out was the best!! Their personal attitude was fantastic. The girl upon checkout was friendly and efficient. The man upon check in was attentive.

There was no barrier on the bottom of the shower door. The water runs down the door and onto the floor. The bathroom floor was very slippery and could pose a fall risk.

The location was really good.

This was the worst Fairfield I've stayed in. The room smelled damp, the bed was hard as a rock, half of the electrical sockets and the TV did not work.. it just was not great.

I wasn't very pleased with my stay. We were in town for a family event a had a few rooms in the property. First off I didn't realize that the rooms didn't have a microwave. Secondly, the rooms weren't made up when we returned. I didn't see anything posted that they wouldn't be. At breakfast, there was no oil or spray for the waffle machine. When I asked, all l got was a "no". I suppose I expected more from the chain and the area from which the property is located. On the positive side, the room was comfortable for sleeping. The towels were clean. Overall, l just expected more.

This was for a quick overnight stop. Convenient to the highway, easy on/off. Staff was friendly and quick at check in. Room was clean and well kept. Would use as a pit stop again when in the area.

Front staff Mr. Martin was very kindness and good.

I have been using Fairfield Inn since 3 years ago. However, this hotel cleaning staff needs to be a little more attentive. There was not hand soup bathroom. And then, there was not microwave in side. This is first time at Fair field inn.
