Comfort Inn & Suites Mt Laurel-Philadelphia

Breakfast was fantastic. Great spread, all cooked well. Beds were very comfortable. Pullout couch worked well. There was plenty of space in the room too. Blinds actually fit the window and were great at keeping out the light.

The room was very dirty. There was a layer of white plaster over everything, like they had installed something in the room and never cleaned up from it. They offered us 2 other rooms, but one had bugs and the other smelled like pot. Front desk said there was nobody who could clean any of the rooms and we couldn't borrow a broom or vacuum to do it ourselves, so we were left with a dirty room. I've never heard of a hotel that only has housekeeping 3 days a week, and if it's not those days, you're out of luck. If I wanted to spend 2 hours cleaning before bed, I could have stayed at home.

Our first room had cigarette burn holes in the sheets - our second room had a puddle the whole stretch of the room from the broken fridge- 3rd room had a stand alone fridge in the corner and a huge hole in the cabinets where it should have been built in - the ac didn’t work but the fan did. The key card didn’t work - from the 4th floor with a very slow sketchy elevator. The flooring was coming apart and had random screws in the floor. No phone in the room to call staff - we had 2 towels for 3 people and no wash cloths. Evening staff was helpful moving us room to room. Breakfast was less than up to par. Was told a manager would speak to me before I left - no manager works on Sundays apparently.

The front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast area was well stocked and waffles were excellent.

The hotel is worn and run down. The TV in the room wasn't working and we had to switch rooms. The bedding and towels were not as clean as other brand locations. I have called the hotel to address my concerns. Hotel renovations are being planned.

Staff was very accommodating.

Bathroom was in pretty bad shape.

Eggs and bacon were good and having the coffee pot be so accessible was a great feature for me Jasmine at the front desk was excellent Being able to have my dog in and around your property made this stay very worthwhile

The rooms are obviously old There was no towel bar in the bathroom Towels were a bit thin, and I don’t believe it was a real bed. It was more like a metal frame with the mattress on it. However, for the money and getting to have my dog in a no smoking room, made it a good value.

Location, free parking, breakfast and friendly staff.

The restroom near the front desk was not very clean but still okay.

Centrally located . Good breakfast.

Scan cards kept not working each day. Someone thought our room was their room. Short of staff to clean the room.

Good value option with clean and convenient facilities.

Staff “Iesha” requested I show “proof” of my child’s medical condition she then when on to compare “a minor child” to her grandfather. Iesha was unprofessional, and intrusive questioning and made us feel uncomfortable as Parent with a child covered under the ADA. Iesha asked more than 2 questions regarding our service animal.
