It was close to the hospital

Showed sign of age

Nothing! Experience was soured. The ONLY reason we reserved this room was because of the need for a roll-in shower. We left after we saw that the roll in shower in the photos and listed on the reservation was not roll-in. I called the desk to explain. They said they would look for one. We were in the room for 10 minutes, mostly waiting for them to call back. I had to walk to the desk and they directed me to the manager, Raj. He said they recently bought the property and had not had time to change the photos. He said my mom could just sit on the fold down bench. I said no she cannot. Told me this twice. Telling me the second time just proved he was not listening to me.

False advertising by the AmericInn (and because of what they posted to the site, booking.com). I called a nearby hotel and spoke to them directly to be sure they did, in fact, have a roll-in shower. I did not go through Booking.com to book the replacement room because I did not want to be misled again. What a waste of time and energy!!!

Everyone was great and a nice place to stay

Room was fairly clean. Parking was fine. Breakfast wasn’t very good. They didn’t keep the food filled. One dirty waffle maker that wasn’t cleaned.

The hotel has seen better days, don't know if they are in the middle of reno, but they had some furniture in the lobby, my husband and I were visiting due to a retreat. We barely get time alone without our kids, and were excited to just get in the pool or hot tub to relax. Pool was extremely chlorinated. Pool Room was dark most lights were off. And hot tub was not working! In our room everything seemed ok, until the extremely loud ac/ fan turned on. I forgot my sandals and the feel of the carpet on my feet was the stickies and mustiest I've ever experienced at a hotel! Gotta say that the bed was extremely comfortable! Maybe the most comfy I've had in a long time!!! In the morning we had to leave early and I was excited for breakfast as we didn't know if we would be able to eat at the place we'd be going to. as soon as we closed our door the power went out! Halls were dark elevator went out etc, wich I'm glad It didn't happen during the night, since it was a hot one! Breakfast had just been put out so I thought oh well life happens! I can't get a waffle or bagel or even coffee but maybe some hot eggs and sausage! NO. the eggs were still frozen the bacon tasted like bacon flavored paper and the muffins were extremely dry, I couldn't even swallow it! Another person mentioned the front desk guy " the power went out the door is shut!" To wich the guy just shrugged his shoulders and smiled but did nothing to say, I'm sorry, or here let me help, or anything at all. My husband had to force open the door so we could get on our way... overall slept good. I do think I should get at least a partial refund given year the price includes breakfast and a pool/ hot tub! If I knew the hot tub and pool were not working I would have stayed elsewhere, since relaxation was my #1 priority!

Room was clean, but the air conditioning unit needed some maintenance. Otherwise, it was nice. Coffee in the room, a nice breakfast buffet downstairs including sausage and eggs. The fitness center wasn't all that great, but I poked my head in the pool room and that looked nice.

Checked in. Went to the room found bloody sheets on the bed

Internet was miss leading. Room was dirty and when asked for cleaning supplies to clean ourselves. Desk he didn’t any and wait for day cleaners. Over could move to another room. We felt if our was not cleaned why move to another dirty room. So my husband went out and bought cleaning supplies. Next day when I went back to the room the cleaning lady was surprised that I want her to go and clean. When we returned she had not even vacuumed. The crumbs that we found when we walked in the night we got there was still there. We left the room cleaner than when we found it. We will never use that hotel again. Horrible experienced
