The check in lady was new and left on her own but she was great. The Checkout lady was smoking outside and stank.

The room was dirty in the corners. Hair in the bathroom.

Generally a nice place for the money. Everything was clean and comfortable.

You can hear the people above you pretty easily. The breakfast was not very impressive. The little store for forgotten essentials was empty except for feminine hygiene products.

The room was dirty, literally dust on the nightstand. Pool was very disappointing. Hot tub wasn't working. Had to ask for towels. Overall just super disappointed. Beds were so lumpy that we had back issues for the rest of our trip. Didn't seem like anyone working there wanted to be there

Delayed checking in by 4 hours, computer problems Towel supply was lacking (no hand towels, one washcloth) Filthy elevator floor Bottom sheet corners kept popping off mattress Very loud heating unite kept waking us up
