Comfort Inn & Suites Liverpool - Syracuse

Ground floor was very damp. When i first checked in room smelled like a fish tank. I turn on the ac on lowest setting, ghat helped alot. Over all i would recommend staying here.

The employees were all extremely friendly and helpful. Facilty was clean, beds comfortable, pool warm. It was everything I hoped for. Great value. I love when the hotels have the shampoo, conditioner, lotion in big containers to cut down on waste and also keeps me from having to ask for more shampoo and conditioner.

Good location. Walking distance to Wegmans and various food choices. Front staff was easy to work with

Looked and smelled clean upon entry, efficient check in, plenty of parking. Super close to stores and restaurants. Pool times were a plus.

The staff were helpful. However, the floor carpet was wet and smell very bad. I could not sleep because this smell.

Bed was comfortable but the floors were not the cleanest, bed frame was sticking out where you could hurt yourself if not careful or remember that something was sticking out

Good hotel.

Old, dingy outdated tub/shower; bathroom exhaust fan rumbled loudly; turning the desk lamp on & off required screwing and unscrewing the bulbs in/out!! The staff were very friendly … place just needs some upgrade.

Staff v nice ,easy access to highway, room was basic w v noisy people above could hear everything, found candy gummy in rolled up area of comforter. shower curtain smelled sour,tub didn’t drain during and after shower,one tissue in tissue box w no replacements.I would look for a different hotel on my next trip to area .
