Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Humble

Pleasant experience, nice staff No issues

It was good. I just wished the front desk was able to answer the phone when calling to confirm reservations. Overall, the stay was good! This was one of the hotels I would recommend when staying in Houston. The hotel was close to the mall and other food spots, so that was a plus!

If you just want a night at a hotel it’s clean the bed sleep good there’s the mall and a few restaurants close by

Welp I’m not a complainer it for 100 bucks I didn’t expect the water to be warm, shower was stained, the drain was broken so even if I wanted to soak I couldn’t. We pulled the covers back to inspect the bed and some type of bug was under the pillow. Rooms smelled like mold even after I Lysol it down. I’m very disappointed in my stay. This is not the Marriott experience I know.

Reserved room at this hotel due to family member in nearby hospital. Also had 81 year old spouse of family member already at this hotel in another room. Male desk attendant was very, very courteous but that was the only upside. I arrived 29 JAN 25 at 01:08. Reservation that had been arraigned for me by family member somehow was not in effect despite me having reservation number and transaction confirmation. So, I had to book a new reservation myself and will have to reconcile expenses tomorrow. Key card given to me was for room already occupied by family member spouse… apparently since we had same last name. Unfortunately , I woke them up from sleep trying to use keycard that (fortunately) did not work. Returned to desk and advised clerk. Ultimately assigned new room. Filthy. Several pieces of hair and debris on bathroom floor. Toilet seat had hair. One pillow had hair. Nail clipping on carpet. Stains on curtain. Bedspread had stains. Fortunately, I had small blanket in my travel bag to use as cover and blanket and used sweatshirt as pillow. Complementary dog barking in middle of night. Attention hospital visitors: Do not stay here. Dirty. Noisy. Disorganized. Pillows and mattresses of the lowest quality. If, in the morning, management makes serious efforts to make things right, I will update this review.

We did not like the tv, cheap towels, couldn't set room clock because, it had the wrong time. Overall it is a fair place to stay.
