smoke alarm beeping because the battery was bad and no heat. desk clerk had to bring a space heater

Clean and welcoming. The first desk attendant really helped when I called for directions

Roaches in bathroom, dimly lit light over sink, couldn’t see to put makeup on, breakfast fair, staff at desk said we could move to another room but if bugs are in one room, they’re in other rooms as well. He didn’t offer to deduct any off the bill. He made excuses that it’s FL and it’s hot outside and bugs will come in. It wasn’t hot this weekend it was 60 in the mornings.

The breakfast was ok. There was a good assortment to choose from. The location was perfect for my stay.

It needs some updating. The tub was very slow draining & the towels were thin. The room had a weird smell like cleaning products.

Pillows very comfortable, friendly staff at check in. Rooms very clean

Bed not bad

Windows and mirrors need to be cleaned. The bathroom was dirty around the toilet and in the corners behind the door. Missing towel bars, shampoo etc containers had broken off the wall. The refrigerator freezer hadn't been defrosted in forever. Nothing much could fit in there.

Staff was polite and helpful

Breakfast items were warm, coffee was not hot.

Fixtures in tub were old & rusty * & dirty.
