My first nogjt was great staff was great and another person I thought I was reserved Ed for Dec 8-10 to as my grandma was on life support . Courtney helped correct tje reservation however my credit card was charge twice by Expedia and twice by hotel . The clerk has my run my card again saying it was declined and now I have 2 charges on my debit card also . So total of 6 charges over 650 to stay 2 nights . Each person says tje dispute needs to be done with Expedia and Expedia says dispute with hotel. The evening staff was not helpful and I was emotional as my grandmother has just passed away and now I have all these extra charges

"It was close to my son and very comfortable."

Breakfast was good, a little different each day, not a big spread but staff who prepared it were very conscientious and on top of things, always refilling food items, staff at desk attentive and welcoming, answered all my questions.

It was ok. Older and a bit run down in areas. Bed was old snd mattress saggy. Adequate for a 1 night stay. Breakfast good friendly staff

"Overall it was fair"

Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. In fact the room we had tv didn't work so they moved us to another room. they accommodated us. That was very appreciative.

The Bathroom could be a little bigger. And the tub/shower could use a handicap bar on the side wall instead of right underneath the shower head. The bed we slept in the mattress was very used. We both rolled towards the middle of it. No matter how we adjusted our self we ended up in the middle. So maybe this motel could use some updating . Just my opinion.
