"Terrible. I asked for a discount, but was told Management will give me a call and I never received"

No much, bad experience.

I was booked a room and given the key. When we got to the room, someone else was occupying the room. They gave us another room, but daylight time changed and we lost a hour. I asked the front desk for an 1 hour extension and was denied. I was told no Supervisor will be available til Monday. I had to leave to catch a flight, but was highly upset with the services.
