Four Points by Sheraton - San Francisco Bay Bridge

The Room quite spacious and free parking.

Toilet amenities and aircon ( need to upgrade)

Bed was nice, location good, within walking distance to the Bay and marina.

Rooms were small. No fridge or microwave. Very noisy road outside.

Comfortable beds and pillows, great location for shops and groceries 2 minutes walk.

Noisy room because of noise from the lift going till 2am although when I asked they changed our room. The staff I had asked was not very happy about changing it however all other staff interactions were positive.

Close to amtrak which is why I booked it. View was great.

Restaurant could have longer hours.

Everything is great.

No luggage racks

The cleanliness was amazing. Staff was very cool. We ended up staying an extra 2 nights. The security guard was very friendly. We talked with him for like 45 mins. Very convenient to Berkeley. Easy to Uber to eat. Views were lovely.

I was given an accessible room, even though I did not request or need one. Unfortunately, it was uncomfortable for me. Additionally, there was a continuous noise coming from the refrigerator throughout the night — not just a typical mechanical sound, but more like the sound of running water — which repeatedly disturbed my sleep. I usually stay at this hotel whenever I visit Berkeley, and most of the time, my stays have been very satisfactory. However, this time was the most disappointing experience so far.
