What a ride this hotel gave me. My first 2 days and nights were just fine. BUT wait till check out! As most people do, I asked what was on my bill because I room charged 1 drink from the night before. As SHIV, at the front desk, is reading out my bill, she states 1 breakfast from the morning before my check out. I'm sorry, that is not mine. Fast forward, after 1.5 hrs of being told to have a seat in the lobby sitting area while she talks with the food and beverage manager, I am told, it is my charge and I did eat breakfast. Now I am a little upset. Not only did it take 1.5hrs to be told again it is my charge, not once did the Food and Beverage manager talk to me about this concern. He walked past me 4 times, the last time with his jacket on and walking out the door. I then approached SHIV at the front desk and she stated its my charge and shrugged her shoulders. I told her to get the food and beverage manager back to the hotel and show me my signature on the breakfast slip. She continued to argue with me. Manger came back after SHIV stating he is very busy, basically too busy to talk to little old me. It wasn't my signature. They referenced any name that was staying in the hotel to find the closest match. Scratched off the hotel room number and added mine. And that is what I was told directly. Bubble signature with a tip on 1 drink vs scratchy signature, which you can't read with no tip for a breakfast. After standing my ground, it was removed. I received NO APOLOGY for how long it took or how it was handled, but still a lot of attitude from SHIV. NOW fast forward to 4 days after checkout, I see the charges on my credit card exceed my invoice I was given at the front desk, as well as the same invoice which was just emailed to me. I was OVERCHARGED $124.90! The exact reason I sat in the lobby for 1.5hrs to stop an over charge for breakfast. So now the technology fight starts. Now I have to sit and wait and prove what are to be my correct charges not the charges they already attached to my credit card. When did human kindness drop below $$$ especially for a cost of a $22 breakfast. I have been working in hospitality and the restaurant industry for 30+ years. The way SHIV conducted herself is appalling. I would have been written IF this is a sign of what we have to look forward to when we stay at a hotel, when we pay to be there, when we are a customer, a guest, I shake my head at what we have let our society become.

Excelente localização, central. Quarto bem equipado e confortável. Opções de alimentação corretas (não o ideal para o meu gosto europeu).

Isolamento sonoro, porta do quarto fraca. Detestei os ocupantes dos quartos próximos, grupo de adultos e crianças barulhento e gente a chegar falando alto a meio da noite

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Buffet breakfast is top-notch, including a fresh omelette and crepe bar.
