USGreat hotel to set up base for your outer cape vacation. If you have kids the indoor and outdoor pools provides plenty of activity. Lots of restaurants nearby, Ride your bike on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The National Seashore (Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beach are nearby)

USThe place was clean enough, but the front desk staff (woman) was extremely rude. When we arrived, she never greeted us, stayed sitting in her chair. I knew it was early and did not expect to check in, so I told her we were here to us the restrooms, but we did have a reservation She immediately said,well you gave check in now. I replied to her, that I was aware of that and was not asking her to check in only where the restrooms were. All while she is still sitting in the chair, with a scowl on her face. My husband ended up finding the restrooms while I stood there. The gentleman to the right (staff member) asked me how was our trip down there. I answered him, thank you for asking. I asked him about nearby restaurants in the area and he told me about a couple. Meanwhile the woman was still sitting and at this point ignored me. Then she stated talking and said, oh your room is ready if you eat to check in now. I was surprised but of course said yes and proceeded to check in. She finally stood up and told me the room number etc. When I told her I didn't hear her because I'm hard of hearing, she rolled her eyes...I finished checking in at this time my husband returned and I thanked her and said to her"smile it'll go a long way and life is good". Not a you're welcome nothing.. she's very rude and cold. Not a good impression for your hotel.

USOur room was very big ,2 beds We loved it
The room was furnished comfortably, but the heating unit was noisy. I would have turned it off if I had been able to contact staff and get more blankets, but couldn’t find anyone, so slept poorly.The indoor pool was lovely and warm, but the restaurant was closed and I took a pass on breakfast as it was an expensive fixed-price buffet. Should have been complimentary! As an older single traveler arriving after a long drive, I had particularly selective the Sheraton for the restaurant, breakfast and pool. Beware of off season in a summer tourist mecca!
Our room was clean, spacious with comfortable beds. Nicole, the breakfast waitress is terrific! Lobby is welcoming and breakfast was very good. Other than the carpeting in the hallway and stairs (worn through) the facility is in good shape.
Loud music and yelling . Party near pool went past midnight. No idea why guests would be put in poolside rims if there was a party there. We complained numerous times. Couldn’t sleep. Horrible night
We love to visit Cape Cod in the off season. This hotel offers wonderful amenities, including an indoor pool and full service restaurant. It’s our favorite place to stay for a late fall, winter or early spring getaway! All of the in season amenities without the traffic! ♥️
