The hotel has a great location its right opposite the beach,

The staff are beyond terrible. One night the room next door to mine held a party at 1am in the morning with over 20 people in the room, I called reception to ask them to shut the noise down, they tried once with security which was pointless. The reception then told me that the management knew about this party and if I had an issue I should call the police. Zero apology or anything from the hotel. Evelyn made one excuse after the next, she clearly is a liar. No a good hotel if you expect any service at all. The breakfast is far from good. Not worth the money, you get better value at Aroma right next door!

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was good, especially cold options.

The pool area is very limited in size so, on Shabbat when busier, there simply wasn't enough space for everyone. That said, the beautiful beach is literally over the road. Breakfast offered a good variety but hot food wasn't hot and food wasn't clearly signed, clarifying what everything was. As a vegetarian, I found that frustrating.
