"An excellent, comfortable and well-located hotel with superb staff"

All staff-- at registration and in dining room-- were really nice, helpful. The room was large and cozy, with excellent bed/mattress. For me, the location was excellent, just off major roads yet quiet and near restaurants.

The only thing I could fault (and it's subjective) was the breakfast coffee, which I found extremely weak on both days. The room price seemed a little high, but I guess it was foliage season.

Location good and staff friendly

Rooms not clean, bathrooms dirty. Cob webs in corners of rooms. Wall paper peeling on walls. Paint peeling from ceilings in bathroom. Not well maintained. Light fixtures rusting . I moved rooms twice. 3rd room was better than first 2 but still lacking.
