Kinda pricey, still need to pay for breakfast. Nothing too special with the rooms for the price.

I specifically booked a handicap-accessible room with a roll-in shower and even received confirmation of this request. However, upon arrival, I was assigned a so-called “accessible” room that fell far short of expectations. The bathroom had no support bars around the toilet or sink, only a single bar inside the tub, and no bar to assist with getting into the tub itself. The room door also lacked an automatic push-to-open button, meaning I could not enter without someone else’s help. These oversights made the stay extremely difficult and far from accessible. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the accommodations.

The Facilities were good and the staff were courteous.

I think the hotel can undergo a major renovation especially the elevator interior and panels which are in dire shape. I also dont like having to ask for access to the pool everytime my family and i want to use it. I also think a 4 star hotel can afford complimentary toiletries as opposed to offering them for an additional price.

2 of our 3 rooms had dirty linen and toilet did not work in our unit. Also pillows underneath shams were grey and dirty.
