Air conditioning issues and poor customer service — would not recommend We stayed here recently and had significant issues with the air conditioning. Our first room had a completely non-functional AC unit, and we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, in the new room, the AC stopped working around 3:30 a.m., only turning on intermittently throughout the night — making the room alternately sweltering and freezing. When I informed the front desk in the morning, the staff seemed uninterested and didn’t even note our room number until I asked them to. Another person in our group also had to change rooms due to a broken AC, so clearly this was not an isolated issue. I tried several times to reach management. I called and was told someone would call me back. After a week with no response, I sent an email. Another week passed, and I called again — I was placed on hold for 45 minutes and never reached anyone. After sending a second email, I finally received a call three weeks after my first attempt. The person who called me addressed me by the wrong name twice, interrupted me repeatedly, and simply offered points for compensation — which were not useful to me, since I don’t plan to stay with this hotel chain again. It was clear the hotel was aware of the AC problems but continued shifting guests around without addressing the root cause. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with both the facilities and customer service. I would recommend choosing one of the many other hotels in the area instead.

The fire alarm went off not even 2 hours into our trip and our TV and remote did not work couldn't change the channel for anything like that

Hotel rooms were not clean enough. Cobwebs in the window, smudge marks, hand prints on the bathroom door, bathroom floor tile not clean. We wiped the floor with towels and lots if dirt was on the towels. Public areas were clean. Breakfast was good and staff very pleasant. Desk staff was nice.

The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were too too soft, as soon as you lay your head down you sink to the mattress on the bed. Too much noise up and down the hallway all night and did not get any sleep Because of it and I had a family funeral to be at the following morning. Very upsetting stay.
