Extremely disappointing stay. When we checked in, the front desk couldn’t find our reservation for several minutes and even gave us a room that was already occupied by another family. The room we eventually got was dirty, with a vomit stain on the wall that wasn’t cleaned until the next day. Later that night, we discovered multiple live bedbugs on the couch and immediately checked out. This experience was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

We had the best weekend. All of the staff were amazing and hospitable! Not only was the staff kind and warming, but the hotel was very clean and comfortable!

The location was ok, although some of the surrounding businesses appear to be deteriorating. The food in the restaurant was passable, but on the expensive side for what it was.

The Room was missing basic amenities such as hand soap. When we reported this to the front desk they responded that we were not the only room with that issue and that they were "trying to get hold of someone". We never did get any soap from them. The coffee maker in the room didn't work. The bathroom was so small that when sitting on the toilet my shoulder was touching the shower door. Possibly worst of all, the welcome cookies were rock hard.

The staff was amazing with helping me getting a room when Priceline put me in a very unsafe dump hotel and did not care what happened to me on my trip. I cannot say how much I appreciate the staff at this Hilton for all they did.
