No toiletries - reception was plainly saying no shipment of soap/etc has been received. Go buy from neighborhood costco -

"Poorly maintained hotel"

This hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. So many little things that made our stay not comfortable - towels were old and with stains, bathroom sink had a crack, bathroom door handle was broken, there were no toiletries - only 2 tiny pieces of soap and empty bottle of hair conditioner. No cups for coffee, dirty windows, uncomfortable pillows etc. etc. etc.

Just an old property not well maintained. Windows looking out on 5th floor are filthy. Soap left in shower. No wash cloths. Staff not very welcoming or friendly. Wont stay here again.
