Front desk/the staff were very pleasant and nice. The two complimentary bottles of water in room were a really nice touch. Only suggestion would be maybe including a bar of soap to shower with as well. Great, clean hotel.

Nothing special

We paid for a night $800 like it is a 5 star upscale hotel. (since we came for a concert we did not have other choices. The reservation was not even included breakfast and there was no option to buy a coffee or have a complimentary coffee. I think is is outrage to ask for this price.

Fast check in with a very pleasant, personable desk clerk. Hotel is clean and quiet and the room was well appointed. We did not have time to use the restaurant but did enjoy the food and service the last time we were there. Overall a 4+ star rating.

I love the bedding, beauty rest, and the pillows very comfortable. Location is close to Gillette, which was great for the concert. Loved their restaurant that they had attached inside their hotel.

Room was a little small. I didn’t see no pool.
