Apartments Vila Apolonia

The studio was modern and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a sofa bed. The place is half an hour walking from the city center, in a calm neighbourhood, also close to a pretty botanical garden. There's free parking in front of the place and a nice restaurant right beside it, with typical Slovenian dishes. The kitchen of the studio is fully equipped for those who want to cook or have breakfast there.

The studio has a door with a glass detail, so there's light coming in in the morning, and we didn't see a coffee machine, but no big deal.

The apartment was cold, the heating did not work even though outside at night the temperature dropped below zero. The owner was informed about this and said that they have air conditioning in the apartment for such situations. Unfortunately, some people are not allowed to use air conditioning in any form for health reasons. I asked the owner to turn on the central heating because I can't use the air conditioning, he said that the stove for heating doesn't work if it's hotter during the day and that I should turn on the air conditioning if I'm still cold. (?!) Because the apartment is cold and is on the ground floor it has a damp smell, it is humid. Also, the TV was set to the Russian script and the owner could only come the next day to look at it and fix the TV. In the meantime, I managed on my own.

Flat was clean, spacious and had fresh design. Large Bathroom. Very friendly host. Even though it is not city center it is 15 minutes walk away from old town. Private Parking. I Would come back again.

Great and comfortable apartment, great owner. Everything in the apartment is new. Free parking in front of the building. I highly recommend it
