Nice large space with a good king size bed. Glad for the kitchen and tv space. Gym and sauna was nice along with sports facilities. We enjoyed our time at the Ventana Lodge.
Amazing stay! Great staff; Samantha went out of her way to ensure our stay was excellent! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Pros: kind and helpful employees, an abundance of newer pickleball/tennis courts, very large hotel rooms, nice ambience with great views and well manicured/clean surroundings, close to many great restaurants (with shuttle service within a mileage perimeter), heated pool with bar & food service Cons: restaurant service was incredibly slow, the rooms are beginning to show their age but are very clean. Would recommend. Great value & loved how clean and quiet the place was.
Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre réservé, car nous avons réservé le matin même. Par contre ils nous ont offert de changer le lendemain matin ou après-midi. La chambre était quand même très bien mais pas ce que nous avions réservé. Nous avons donc changé le lendemain après-midi
Dog barking in other unit, people screaming till late for wedding, kids screaming while playing pingpong in home below my balcony. Golf was rained out, got in one hole and was charged full. Tried to schedule Spa treatment but no one returned my call till after we checked out. Told front desk at checkout that it wasn't the experience we were expecting...no apologies no anything.
