Wtf happened!? The last few years I been able to come to the peaks welcomed by Marie at the front desk. But ohh no be expecting to be greated by the worst people on the whole planet Madison & Lauren. Both have no personality nor care about your problems. They just wait their biweekly pay check. Madison Lytle doesn’t care about anyone unless it’s covered in sparkles. What happened to Marie? The old Madison from owner services was no help and could never be found. But this Madison is way below the other Madison and blows her out of the waves. Both of the Madison’s are the worst. Why did they get hired? If you want a wombat taking your concerns seriously GO TO MADISON LYTTLE. She will dismiss you immediately in her Tutu and prance away with sparkles telling you how much she makes at the job with how little work she actually does. Then proceeds to talk about how she needs borax. How pathetic, Madison Lytle. This place is a joke, last season I was greated by a pregnant wonderful Lauren Smith , but this season I could be less than trash to her. She is a very unthankful person to her less higher ups. I hoped last season when Marie helped us with our problems we would get better service this year. But no!! Management decided that Marie (THE ALL STAR) wasn’t for them. If you want below than average go to the peaks and specifically ask for Lauren Smith or Madison Lytle. If you want a Walmart brand receptionist like Madison Lytle, come to the peaks. If you want to feel like you’re small and stupid, talk to Lauren Smith. She treats you worse than the devil. Calling her Satan is an understatement. All I’m saying is that The Peaks was great, but Chris Paulk, Lauren Smith and Madison Lytle taint the peaks to a new EXTREME. Don’t stay here unless you hate humanity. Chris Paulk, Lauren Smith aka Mullins, Madison Lytle are here souls for themselves. They DO NOT care about us and never will. THE PEAKS HAD HOPE, BUT CHRIS PAULK AND LAUREN MULLINS SMITH HAPPENED. …what a shame…

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This hotel is misleading guests by advertising ski-in/ski-out access that is NOT accessible. That alone ruined the stay and defeats the entire purpose of booking this property. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, showing zero interest in resolving problems. After prepaying, the price dropped significantly a month later, and the hotel flatly refused any compensation or adjustment. Attempts to reach the manager were ignored completely — calls were never answered or returned. This place takes your money and then disappears when there’s an issue. No accountability, no customer service, and no honesty. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Do not waste your money.

Perfect experience. Kat was at the very top of my list of favorites. The locker room, spa area and gym are well designed and maintained. Everyone was friendly and professional. Well done!

If you're after a place full of drama, sleepless nights, and frustrated employees, then The Peaks is just the spot for you. I’ve been a guest here for over a decade now, and I’ve watched it go downhill. The front desk staff takes the brunt of the complaints, and while they try their best, they can’t do much when the higher-ups don’t seem to care. Take Madison, the so-called "supervisor"—she can’t even make eye contact when you bring up your ongoing issues. Her response? A dismissive "Ok, cool," like your concerns don’t matter. Whether it’s the constant noise (like weddings going on right outside your window with no heads-up), the lack of air conditioning, the non-existent restaurant, or the dogs barking all day long, nothing ever seems to change. And then there’s Lauren, the General Manager, who steps in... but don’t bother unless you’re prepared to be spoken to like you're five years old. She clearly doesn’t understand what it means to be a GM—seems like this position is more of a training ground for her kids than an actual leadership role. If you're hoping for some real adult-level service, you’re out of luck here. This place used to have so much potential, but it’s just a joke now. I hear they’ve got a lawsuit hanging over them and their restaurant’s gone for good—another shameful blow to what was once a nice spot. Honestly, save your money and stay somewhere else, unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience. Don’t waste your time or your patience at The Peaks.

We visited The Peaks Resort and Spa in early October, and from the moment we stepped out of the car, we were greeted with friendly faces and genuine warmth. At check-in, Tyler welcomed us with a kind smile and made us feel instantly at home. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and assured us that any request was never a bother. EJ was wonderful throughout our stay—each time we called the front desk for something we’d forgotten, he responded quickly and always with such kindness. At the concierge desk, Ashley was an absolute delight—her energy was contagious! She greeted us enthusiastically, full of helpful ideas and excitement about the property and its surroundings. Her passion and genuine joy made every interaction a pleasure. Lauren checked in with us several times during our stay, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed—even down to providing umbrellas on stormy days. At the end of our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting Jaime during checkout, and once again, we felt that same sense of pure hospitality that defines The Peaks. She was so kind and genuine, ending our visit on the perfect note and reminding us just how special this team truly is. The resort itself is beautiful, with breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere—but what truly made it exceptional were the people. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care turned a lovely getaway into something truly memorable.

Lovely deluxe king suite. Very comfortable and beautiful for 4 adults and very well equipped. Very pleased that we were able to check in early. Such a gorgeous area and enjoyed dinner there as well.

We were disappointed that we didnt have the mountain view. We requested a rm change but it would have cost us an additional $100.00 for one night.

Spaciousness and location (close to gondola), valet parking attendants were exceptional.

Only 1 portable AC unit in bedroom. Main room was stuffy and ac unit was very noisy. TVs remotes were dead, couldn't turn them on. Had to call Engineering. In house restaurant was closed. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Beautiful resort, beautiful view from the room. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The spa was amazing and the restaurant was also extremely good for dinner and breakfast. Fall is definitely a sight to see in Colorado.
