The staff were super accommodating and helped me settle in as we wanted a different room on arrival. Every interaction was dealt with immediately.

We loved everything about the Inbal. The location was close enough to the action while still just tucked away from the noise and commotion of a busy downtown hub. We took a room with a balcony and enjoyed coffee in the morning overlooking the pool and the forests of Jerusalem. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was outstanding. Excellent water pressure and selection of soaps/gels/shampoo. The breakfast was a highlight and did not disappoint. We'd absolutely stay at the Inbal again and again.
